Born in April 2012, “E” has a good, loving relationship with his foster family. He can express his likes and dislikes through facial expressions. At the time of his evaluation, he could support his head and was beginning to crawl. He receives therapy to advance his motor skills.
General Eligibility Requirements
All applicants must be between the ages of 25-55 and have no serious physical or mental health concerns. Heterosexual couples should be married a minimum of two years. Single women and men are eligible. All applicants must be able to travel to South America.
