Born in the summer of 2014, “M” likes to have company and enjoys singing. She is known as a happy and social child. Despite her skin condition, it is reported that her development is normal. M eats and sleeps well, walks on her own, scribbles on paper, manipulates toys, and tries to mimic words.
General Eligibility Requirements
Adoptive parents must be between 25-55 years of age and at least 15 years older than the children they are adopting. Heterosexual couples married for longer than one year are eligible; cohabitation can be considered, but must be reviewed on an individual basis. Heterosexual single men and women are also eligible to adopt from M’s country.
