YN will turn 2 in March. She is known as a lovely, quiet child who is able to attract the attention of others easily. She likes to be held by those she knows and is easily comforted by receiving hugs and being held by caregivers. She also enjoys being outside on sunny days. A recent report on YN indicates that she can bear weight on her legs, sit, crawl and move towards a toy. She is babbling, saying a few words and able to imitate her caregivers. YN has a condition and has already received one surgery–additional surgeries will be needed.
General Eligibility Requirements
All applicants must be at least 30 years old. For heterosexual married couples, there can be no more than 50 years’ difference between the youngest parent and the child. Single women are eligible and cannot have more than 45 years’ difference between themselves and the child. Applicants cannot have serious physical or mental health concerns. Eligibility requirements vary so please inquire to discuss individual circumstances and eligibility.
