Waiting Children of December| Meet a Brother and Sister

December 23, 2015 by Staff Contributor

A blurred photo of J & A together.J and A love to go out and enjoy the holiday season

J and A’s foster mother describes the older sister, J, as calm and friendly. She was born in June of 2003 and has made great strides in her current home becoming more mature, calm and obedient. She enjoys playing video games and will assist with household chores.

A was born in July of 2005. He is known as calm but can be agitated when he is playing with other children. He enjoys drawing, biking, skate boarding and playing soccer.

We cannot post clear photos of the siblings online, but can share these photos and more information about the needs of these children with eligible families who inquire.

General Eligibility Requirements

All parents must be a minimum of 25 years old and at least 16 years older than the child(ren) being adopted. Heterosexual and LGBTQ couples or singles are eligible. All couples must be married, or living together, for a minimum of one year. There cannot be serious criminal, physical or mental health concerns. Eligibility requirements vary so please inquire to discuss individual circumstances.

Learn More About Brothers and Sisters

If you would like to know more about these siblings and see additional photos, please contact [email protected] and reference B15-01. Eligible families may also qualify for a grant through LSS/CH and Brittany’s Hope Foundation. In addition, there is a $2,000 program fee reduction.

Meet oTHER WAITING CHILDREN

During December we are advocating for twelve children who currently wait for families. We appreciate any time you take to get to know these children and consider whether your family, or a family you know, could be theirs.
