J was born in April of 2010. He is known as a loving, tender, independent boy who has good relationships with peers and adults. He likes to participate in activities, shows an interest in learning new subjects, can easily express himself and has a lot of charisma. He has made significant progress at school and sets high goals for himself. He really enjoys playing soccer.
We cannot post clear photos of J online, but can share these photos with eligible families who inquire.
General Eligibility Requirements
The basic requirements indicate applicants should be between the ages of 25-55 and have no serious physical or mental health concerns. Heterosexual couples should be married a minimum of two years at the time of adoption home study approval. Single men and women may be eligible but eligibility requirements vary so please inquire to discuss individual circumstances.
