This boy has been waiting for his permanent family for over seven years! S was born in March of 2007 and was visited by a volunteer family in the summer of 2014. He impressed the family on how carefully he read the instructions to complete a project. They observed a considerate boy getting a chair for someone when they didn’t have enough at the lunch table, offering food to other children, and showing off his artwork in his room. He was happily swinging on the playground and enjoyed blowing soap bubbles.
They describe him as a thoughtful, caring, young boy. Agency staff also observed S enjoying arts and crafts. He takes direction fairly well and can speak a few words. He would benefit from family that has teenage children and a hands-on dad.
General Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be heterosexual couples married at least three years. All applicants should be free of serious chronic physical or mental illness, and possess no criminal history. There are various age requirements for adopting a child from S’s country, so please inquire to learn more.
