This webinar will present introductory information about Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This will include an overview of the neurodiversity present within the ADHD brain, behaviors that we often see as a result of this neurodivergence, and potential ways to address and support children with ADHD. This webinar will also discuss some correlations and interactions between experiences of trauma and ADHD symptoms.

Kelly Pieper, LICSW, IMH-E® is the Child Services Program Director at Ellie Mental Health. Kelly has 12+ years of experience working with children and families in a therapeutic context.  She has specializations in early childhood mental health, permanency and adoption concerns, and trauma informed practices. Kelly has practiced in a variety of settings including day treatment, outpatient therapy, and consultation to mental health, education, and child development professionals. Kelly is also a board-approved supervisor and has specific expertise in the provision of reflective supervision and consultation.
