If you are participating in adoption outreach, chances are high that you could match with an expectant parent living outside of the state of Minnesota. When this happens we must follow the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) to legally finalize an adoption. For many families, ICPC seems like a daunting process. Join us to learn more about ICPC and what it could mean for your adoption journey. In addition, you will have the chance to hear from families who went through the process themselves.
