Our G.R.O.W. (Guidance, Resources and Opportunities While you Wait) events are held quarterly (January, April, July, and October) and are open to all families in our infant adoption program that are in the home study process and beyond. These events will offer a chance for families to connect and learn about various topics from one another and adoption professionals
October 2021 Online Event: Preparing to Parent with Intentionality
Please join us as Kelly Tronstad, Family Support Coach, discusses the Parenting Journey. In this forum, we will be talking about parenting with intentionality. So often as parents, we are consumed with meeting the daily needs of ourselves and our children that our overarching family goals get lost. We will be discussing how to create a family vision, the importance of learning about child development and our development as parents, as well as a real take on parenting and the need to be “imperfect”.
Following Kelly’s one-hour presentation will be an hour for participants to connect with one another.
