- How to help adoptees and foster youth through symptoms of anxiety and depression, including: therapy options, at-home tactics and skills
- Creating a secure base for those affected by anxiety and depression
- The importance of self-care in caregivers, so that they are emotionally available to help others experiencing anxiety and depression
