DESCRIPTION:Join Us for Community & Connection\nConnect2Connect provides opportunities for foster and adoptive families to connect with one another and build relationships in an in-person\, interactive\, and fun way. Connect2Connect is made possible by the Minnesota Department of Human Service Permanency Support Service grant. \nRed Barn Learning Farm\nFriday\, September 27th\, 2024\, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.\nJoin us for a fun evening at Red Barn Learning Farm in Hayfield\, MN. Events will include exploring the farm\, learning about the animals\, and a sunset hayride. Dinner will be included! \nPlease note: Registration for this event is currently full. Please fill out the form below to be added to the waitlist. An email will be sent if spots open up. \n
