Current Openings:
Education Facilitator – Part Time
New opening for part-time work on our team as an Education Facilitator! This role averages 10 hours per week, but will vary depending on the specific training schedule. Trainings are offered include 1-hour webinars, 1-day in-person trainings, and 2-day (Friday/Saturday) in-person trainings. Ocassional travel in greater Minnesota and some weekend/evenings expected. Schedules are set several months in advance.
- Experience with adoption or social service related content for diverse mediums and for diverse audiences
- Experience facilitating training and group sessions strongly preferred
- Knowledge of webinars and online training design strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft™ Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Billing Coordinator – Full Time
Exciting opening for a Billing Coordinator position on our Foster Care Adoption team! We are looking for someone full-time who can provide billing and invoicing, data entry & systems management and financial coordination with a strong attention to detail, compliance and documentation. This is a hybrid or fully remote position.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, health information management or a related field strongly preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented, ability to manage deadline-driven work, multitask and work independently
- Experience and proficiency with databases, spreadsheets and electronic record systems
