Meet Izaya, an outgoing, funny, and athletic 16-year-old with a great sense of personal style. “He likes shopping and wearing nice jewelry like earrings, necklaces, and watches,” says Hayley, his Child-Specific Recruiter.
Even more impressive than his outer appearance—which is always on point—it’s Izaya’s inner kindness and open personality that is his most recognizable trait. “He is incredibly easy to get along with and talk to,” says Hayley. “His superpower is his ability to get along with just about anyone!“
As a natural athlete, Izaya loves to spend his free time hanging out with friends playing football, basketball, and lifting weights. He also enjoys exploring his artistic side through drawing and playing guitar. He loves the idea of owning his own music studio one day.
As a 16-year-old, Izaya naturally wants to gain more independence, but he would still benefit immensely from the structure and stability of a family. An ideal family for Izaya would be one that is persistent in caring for him, can love him through the hard times, and be there for him always. He needs a family that matches his easy-going personality but still sets reasonable boundaries.
Izaya is open to living in a rural or suburban environment, and it is important for him to maintain birth family relationships. As a social and gregarious teenager, he would also love to be in a family with an older brother!
Izaya has so much energy to bring to family and would thrive in an environment that is supportive of his birth family relationships, hobbies, and individuality. Looking ahead to the future, Hayley hopes Izaya will find a family that will support, love, and accept him through his ups and downs.
