On the second Thursday of each month*, please join other adult adoptees who are seeking to connect and learn from each other’s shared experiences. While each story is unique, we recognize that there are many core similarities that adoption weaves into life experiences. Adoption impacts relationships and identity, often requiring integration of complex and diverse family systems. Topics will be suggested, but each month the conversation will be open to discussion that is relevant to its participants in attendance. We want to provide a safe and confidential space to ask the tough questions that other adoptees also face but seldom have the space and opportunity to discuss.
RSVP for our adult adoptee support group is requested but not required. Please email [email protected]. $5 per person (cash or check to Children’s Home) is collected at sign-in each month for those present. Questions? Call Libby at 651-255-2432
*Note, due to COVID-19 we are vetting online options for groups versus in-person meetings. Additional details to follow.
*There is a summer recess during the months of June-August
