Teresa By Cole: Building a home with Teresa has been one of the greatest joys of my life. She is passionate about making the world a better place. Teresa is one of those people who makes everything look easy, from baking beautiful bread and pies to her creativity and ease with people. She is someone who will always be there for her friends and family no matter what and has a natural way of making you feel loved. I couldn’t ask for a better partner and most importantly she will be an amazing mother.

Cole By Teresa: Cole is my best friend. He is the kind of guy who is quiet in a crowd but when he is around those he loves; he shines. He sings, speaks in funny accents, and has all the good parts of an adult with ADHD. He is always thinking of little gifts for friends and family, He loves to host meals and is a master of the grill and smoker. He is the type of guy you root for and the type of guy that roots for you. I can’t image being a parent with anyone else and I’m so excited to see him as a father.

Our friendships are very important to us. Longtime friends become bonus aunties and uncles with built in cousins and even more dogs and kitties. We have book clubs, BBQs, dance parties, bon fires, and cookie swaps. Our friends celebrate, comfort, support, and care for us as surrogates when family cannot be there. Our families keep growing and we are a big bunch; 5 Grandparents, 6 Uncles, 4 Aunties, 6 Cousins, 8 Doggies, and 5 Kitties. We are growing together always. We cook together, play games, camp, garden, go on hikes, have movie nights, disagree, and agree but most importantly we love.
