J is a charming young boy who celebrated his tenth birthday this year. He has been in foster care since he was an infant and his foster mother jokes that he hasn’t stopped talking since he started. She also notes that he seems to be a happy boy and is always singing. He also loves to dance and paint. He is known as an expressive child who has the ability to make friends, manage his frustration, follow instructions, respect authority figures, shows empathy towards others and has good self-care skills. He attends school where he has some difficulties but he perseveres and works hard to complete the tasks. J dreams of becoming an architect so he can build houses for families. He states he want to feel loved and welcomed into a family.
We cannot share a clear photo or information about his medical needs on the public site. But photos and information are available for eligible families who inquire.
