JY is an adorable little girl who will turn two years old this summer. She is described as a clever girl with a shy smile. She likes to be held and to have people interact and talk with her—as well as to be teased. She enjoys listening to music; when it is on, she will wave her hands and feet. A May 2016 report indicated that when you called her name, she would babble to respond. At that time, she was also working on learning to sit up.
JY has a medical condition that is repairable by surgery; as well as a genetic condition that puts her at risk of global delays.
