Catalyst Foundation

Families Rising is committed to ensuring that children in foster care have loving homes and that families receive the support they need. A non-profit quarterly newspaper written by and about the Korean American community in the Twin Cities and upper Midwest. Korean Quarterly defines this community to include first and second generation Korean Americans and their families (including non-Korea family members), adopted Koreans and their families, and bi-racial/bi-cultural Korean American people.
