Join Us for Community & Connection
Connect2Connect provides opportunities for foster and adoptive families to connect with one another and build relationships in an in-person, interactive, and fun way. Connect2Connect is made possible by the Minnesota Department of Human Service Permanency Support Service grant.
Red Barn Learning Farm
Friday, September 27th, 2024, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
Join us for a fun evening at Red Barn Learning Farm in Hayfield, MN. Events will include exploring the farm, learning about the animals, and a sunset hayride. Dinner will be included!
