Join Us for Community & Connection
Connect2Connect provides opportunities for foster and adoptive families to connect with one another and build relationships in an in-person, interactive, and fun way. Connect2Connect is made possible by the Minnesota Department of Human Service Permanency Support Service grant.
Eveland Family Farm
Friday, October 20, 2023, from 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Join us for community and connection at Eveland Family Farm in Andover, MN. We will provide dinner and some fall beverages. Activities include meeting the variety of farm animals, picking out a pumpkin to take home, and a hayride!
Confirmation information will be sent about a week prior to the event.
