Panel Discussion: Adoption Scams

Wednesday, October 18, 6:00-8:00 p.m. (CT)

Please join us as we host a panel of families who will share stories and advice surrounding adoption scams. We will also talk about commonly seen adoption scams, questions you can ask, things to look out for, and what to do if you suspect one. Post-panel, the room will be open for you to connect with other families.

Please RSVP directly to your worker if you plan to attend in person or online.
Please also feel free to send your worker questions prior to the event. If we do not get enough RSVPs to attend in person, then we will move it to all online.

Online and In-Person Event Details:

The in-person event will take place at the Children’s Home Main Office at 1605 Eustist Street, Saint Paul, MN 55108. The online event will take place on Zoom. You will receive a link to join after you R.S.V.P. to your worker.

+G.R.O.W. (Guidance, Resources and Opportunities While you Wait) events are held quarterly (January, April, July, and October) and are open to all families in our infant adoption program that are in the home study process and beyond. These events offer a chance for families to connect and learn about a variety of topics from one another and adoption professionals.
