Join Us for Community & Connection
Connect2Connect provides opportunities for foster and adoptive families to connect with one another and build relationships in an in-person, interactive, and fun way. Connect2Connect is made possible by the Minnesota Department of Human Service Permanency Support Service grant.
LSS recognizes that LGBTQ+ families may have different experiences from the larger foster and adoptive community, and want to provide a safe and dedicated space for connection with families sharing in those experiences.

We are excited to begin offering Connect2Connect events for the LGBTQ+ community. Our September Connect2Connect event will take place at Gray Hobby Farm in Prior Lake, Minnesota. This event is open to any foster or adoptive family with a family member who is part of the LGBTQ+ community. We will have a catered lunch, be guided through the fun and unique experience of goat yoga, and get a special tour of the farm!
