This two-hour training session focuses on understanding the emotional impact of financial stress on youth in foster care and provides foster care parents with practical tools to support their children. The training will explore how financial stress affects behavior, decision-making, and emotional health, and will help participants recognize the signs of financial stress in both children and adults. Additionally, foster parents will learn effective strategies for managing financial stress, fostering open conversations about money, and building financial literacy in foster youth.
