“B” was born in 2013 and will be three years old next month. He is known as an affectionate toddler who loves hugs, kisses and being tickled. He enjoys playing with adults and other children, listening to music and doodling with crayons. He can understand his caregivers instructions, get out of bed and brush his teeth on his own. He also makes attempts to dress himself, but usually needs an adult’s help. B has been diagnosed with medical conditions that are improving through the care of his foster mother and medical specialists.
We cannot share clear photos of B online, but photos can be shared with eligible families who inquire.
